[Inpycon] Tickets

I am Harsh Kumar, co-ordinator, A.I. Circle Club of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi
University.
We had collected the funds and prepared a college trip for Machine Learning
enthusiasts to your esteemed conference.
We missed to buy early tickets for the PyCon 2019 conference. So, on behalf
of the university, I would request you to provide us any tickets that might
be available for us to buy.
Your help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
