This is not an official comunication channel in first place and not all
PyCon India and PSSI members are there in the telegram group where this
discussion happened. This could have been solved by sending a simple mail
to inpycon mailing list.

The website for PyCon India 2016 was designed and developed by a vendor.
And additional enhancements were done by organisers and volunteers from all
over India. So PyDelhi cannot claim ownership of the website. Just to make
it clear, even if an individual volunteer from Delhi had done the website
work all alone, it was still done for PyCon India and the copyrights still
lies with PSSI and PyCon India. Anybody can re-use it but a communication
is required to keep the community informed and give the credit to concerned
people/community.

Consulting community on how to take this forward was never wrong IMO.
