[Inpycon] Social media team

Hey Guys,

This thread is regarding the social media team, this is discussed in
the previous meeting. This team will be responsible for handling all
the social media account, approving the posts and making those posts.

This team will be responsible to maintain the moment on social media
channels and help to let more people know about the event.
