 I think its good to go with standard travel reimbursement, which will be
more encouraging for speaker travelling from different parts of the
country. And if we consider 5k as standard travel reimbursement and 3.5k as
ticket fee, the difference is 1.5k, which should be manageable.

Also once conference is over, depending on feedback for each talks/sessions
we can send discount coupons to top 5 speakers. Disclaimer, these rating
and name of the speaker should be hidden.
