[Inpycon] Keynote speaker for PyCon India 2015

+1 Audrey Roy Greenfeld (maybe invite PyDanny as well? IIRC, he actually
had a proposal on the funnel last year)

+1 Armin Ronacher and Daniel Lindsey — mostly because last year we didn't
have a lot of advanced python web dev talks IMHO.
