Fine.

I'm ready to take the lead to run pythonexpress without it being a PSSI
project. (reasons already explained)

If someone else want to take the lead to run the project in some other way
(may be as PSSI project), I'll be very happy to transfer the admin rights
of the webapp, domain, repo etc. and step down.
