[Inpycon] Multiple Proposals

Hello,

I submitted a proposal. And then I saw it needed some editing. While I
thought I was editing the proposal, I ended up submitting a new proposal.
This happened a number of times before I realized my mistake. I agree this
was completely silly on my part. But please tell me how can I fix this? I
dont see a delete proposal or edit proposal button. Some help please.
