[Inpycon] Volunteers Required: Registrations

Hi Vijay,

We are seeing the volunteer mails since a couple of days. I think the
consolidation should be started and it would be great if announced the
names of the volunteers. If we still require more then we should ask for
volunteers. I am new to Pycon India and also willing to volunteer.
