[Inpycon] Fwd: PyCon Talk - Introduction to BinPy - Change in the Speaker.

It would be good if he is allowed to give the talk on this.  He must be
having in depth knowledge of the library as he has worked on it for his
GSoC project.

I think what u need is just the confirmation from the pycon team.
