[Inpycon] Stickers for Python Express

Hi all,

I was helping out with the stickers last year and yes, manually sending it
out to different venues was a real pain. If Sticky stamp can do that we
will be saving on a lot of logistic issues. Not sure if anyone else out
there does the same.

Given that its pretty late, it is difficult to replicate last year's plan
and get volunteers to courier it manually. We should probably stick to
these folks and check if they can be flexible on the price.
