[Inpycon] Next Steps: CFP policy document

Hi,
   As we  are starting work for website. I would like to start creating CFP
policy document parallel so we can open CFP earliest possible this year so
we have enough time for selection.
   Do let me know if anyone would like to help in leading this effort ?
