I just saw the registration crossed 1000+. Congratulations to everyone.

With the increased response, we also need to make sure we have enough
volunteers to manage the people. I would suggest at least 2-3 volunteers
for venue management - Directions, Session chairs, Food.

I think we would need at least 2 registration desks this time, not
one. And do this in a distributed way.
