[Inpycon] Workshop on pyCUDA or pyOpenCL

 Workshop schedule is out http://in.pycon.org/2013/#workshops/ . It isn't
possible to add one. The general process of workshop selection is via
proposal(http://in.pycon.org/funnel/2013/). We can't afford to bypass the
system, but you can attend the conference and provide lighting talk .
