[Inpycon] Venue update

Hi all,

Sree and I visited Dharmaram this afternoon and confirmed the booking for
Sep 28, 29, 30. The only thing pending is the price for the main hall for
half day use, for the keynote session (they only have a price for full day
use). This will be confirmed tomorrow.
