[Inpycon] Tied up

I can do what I did last year to co-ordinate sponsorship. I stay in bangalore so not sure how to manage other location sponsor's.

assign it to individuals  based on region and someone coordinates takes care of the deliverables like closures and working towards  growing the pie .
