I think July 5 would be a good date. That give us about 3 weeks time
for reviewing the proposals.

Also the first presentation upload date can be preponed to August 5.
That will give one month time for the speakers to prepare their slides
and there will be enough time left before the final update date for
suggestions and resubmissions.
