Hello Sree,
   Is the doc done? I'm a little worried since after your initial mail
saying that you'll be able to handle stuff related to the college,
there's been no response. If you can send the draft of what you have,
we can wrap it up.

   It'd be awkward to go ahead with the site/sponsors and
announcements without an "official" confirmation from the college.
