[Inpycon] PyCon India badges

Okay. We had a lot of cool logos submitted last time. It would be great if
some of the more artistically inclined folks here could make some badges
that people can post on their blogs/sites. Something like "I'm speaking at
PyCon India 2010" this year with a link back to the main site.

It would help publicity and stuff.
