registration takes about 30 minutes, bank account one day (although it takes a 
week to get the cheque book, one can deposit the money immediatly). All I need 
is the list of people willing to sign as office bearers. The lawyer is sitting 
with the registrar just to double check the exact needs for signing (before 
notary or not).
