[Inpycon] status

Here is the current status of all tasks for the conference. Is there
anything that I missed out?

* Swag:
T-shirts: order placed. will arive on friday evening.
Notebook, pen, Badge holder: purchaged

* Venue
Halls: L1, L4 and L5 booked
Security Clearance: The deputy registrar of IISc assured that he will
inform the security about the event
Parking: Enough 2-wheeler parking at the venue. There is plenty of
4-wheeler parking space in the institute and people have to find it on
their own.

* Food
Gave order to Catering Inn, Yeswantpur.
They will suppy:
    - water on both the days
    - Tea, Lunch, Snacks on Day 1
    - Tea, Lunch on Day 2

* Wi-fi
Wi-fi is sponsored by Mahiti Infotech. They are providing 2 laptops, 2
wifi routers, 2 reliance cards and one sysadmin to configure wifi
using reliance card + wifi router + laptop combination.
It will provide wifi for 2 halls. I can find an additional laptop and
wifi router for the 3rd hall and Kunal agreed to provide his
reliance/tataindicom card. That will serve as wifi for hall 3.

* Projectors, PA systems and Video Recording
2 projectors - Mahiti is providing
1 projector, PA system for 3 halls and video recording in 3 halls -
I'm in the process of finalizing the order.

* Arrangements at the Venue
4 Tables: (2 for registration + 2 for sponsor stalls) - The caterer
will bring additional tables along with tables for serving food

* Printing
Banners: will be printed tomorrow - Kunal
Badges and Food Coupons: will be prinited tomorrow - Kunal
Direction Posters: will be printed on friday - Ashok
Schedule: will be printed on friday - Ashok

* Others:
Stationary and Power strips: Senthil will buy them by tomorrow
Scheduling talks: done
