[Inpycon] talk proposal form simplified

hi,

the talk proposal form has been simplified so it is no longer necessary for the 
user to select his own name. That irritating multiselect dialogue is still 
there - but only needed in the rare case of multiple speakers. I have tested 
the code as much as I could and would appreciate feedback on this.
