as already mentioned, automatic updates in twitter are possible. Since it was 
felt that it is not necessary to do this for delegate registrations, I have 
directed that to my personal twitter account to see how things go. It is also 
possible to do the same for posts or talk submissions. Just say the word and 
it's done.
