[Inpycon] posting rights

It may be a good idea to give rights to make posts to a few more active people 
so that the site becomes more lively - the automatic tweeter interface and the 
planet will spread these. For those that get the right you need to edit them:

is_staff = true
can add posts, can edit posts can delete posts - selected

then they can log in to admin and make posts.
