[Inpycon] Recording the sessions

I talked to a company here that does Audio/Video recording. They do a
good job (my company used their services).
Their prices are like so
- 4k per unit per day. We have 3 parallel tracks for 2 days. That makes it 24k
- They charge 200 INR per CD which they convert and burn (or 600 per
2hr DVD). This will cost us 4000 (20 talks, one per CD).

A total of around 30k.

Does anyone else know of people in this field? Are these rates
reasonable? Should we search some more? Anyone with contacts?
