[Image-SIG] PIL install difficulty

Greetings.

I have unzipped Imaging1.1.7 but I cannot get the setup to work. The black
command line screen flashes and then disappears. I need to install it, I
already have Python 3.3 installed.

I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
