[Image-SIG] Installing PIL 1.1.7 for Python 2.7 for Windows 7

I have just downloaded and run the 1.1.7 PIL installed but it says I have
no versions of Python 2.7 showing in the registry.

However I do have Python installed in c:\program files\python27, and the
registry contains

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Python\PythonCore]
