[Image-SIG] PIL 1.1.7 license

I'd asked back in November whether or not PIL 1.1.7 was official (answer: yes), since the PyPI and PythonWare websites had't been updated yet (still not yet).

My question: is the PIL 1.1.7 license the same as PIL 1.1.6? Is there a web page or some other documentation that states this?
