[Image-SIG] Python 3 support

Good day.

I just joined the mailing list.

I want to know if PIL will ever support Python 3. I am slowly migrating my applications on Python 3 and i really need PIL.
It's not good to have half of my apps in Py 2.x and the rest in Py 3.x :)
