[Image-SIG] PIL 1.1.6 Installation file

Dear List Members,

I am looking for pil 1.1.6 installation file. All the search results takes me to either this
http://effbot.org/downloads/#Imaging 
or http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/ 
web pages and the links in both of the pages are not working. I don't know what's the deal here.

I would appreciate any help or suggestion on the above issue.
