[Image-SIG] Unsharp mask?

It was simple getting it to work using a simple setup.py script:

from distutils.core import setup, Extension
setup(name='PIL_usm',
      version='1.0',
      py_modules = ['PIL_usm'],
      ext_modules=[Extension('PILusm', ['PILusm.cpp'],
      include_dirs=['.\Imaging-1.1.6\libImaging'])], # where my PIL includes are
)
