[Image-SIG] PIL - tiff : idfs and data types - offer of assistance

Cool. I'm going to start working on my proposed changes, though I  
haven't heard anything from the main developers. (If need be I'll  
just fork PIL for my project.) I'll let you know if I have any  
questions!
