[Image-SIG] ANN: PILT4, a PIL extension to read Group 3 fax data

Hello:

I have written an extension for the PIL which allows the PIL to read files 
with T4 (group 3 fax) one-dimensional compression. If there is sufficient 
interest or I will need it, an encoder for writing these files and possibly 
support for two-dimensional compression might follow. You can download PILT4
