Hi Fredrik,

Sorry for the delayed response... After I read your message, I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling PIL. This had no effect on the problem. I've
switched over to a new installation of Python 2.3 (Enthought Edition
from www.enthought.com) which includes PIL 1.1.4 and have had no
problems.
