[Image-SIG] problem building Imaging-1.1.4 (PIL)

Hi,

  When I try to build the PIL library everything
goes well up to the point where I need to do a:

      python setup.py build_ext -i

it results in the error:

    File "setup.py", line 193
    for fw in 'Tcl', 'Tk'

which I do not get (sorry I am a newcomer to python).
