[Image-SIG] PIL installation

Hello,

I work for a french ministry and i would like to install PIL under windows
platform. I downloaded PIL version 1.1.4 for Python 2.1. I launched file and
there is nothing install. What can i do ? I am on windows 2000
professionnal.
