[Image-SIG] Numpy array to image?

Hi,

I've just found the web pages on PIL and wonder
if it's possible to convert a python
2D array to an image for display. Something
like the Magick.ArrayToImage(arr)
that seems to be available in pymagick (which is
not available any more?) according to its doc in
http://starship.python.net/~zack/pymagick/
