[Image-SIG] how to get the Python.h file.

Hello, Sir/Madam:

I have downloaded your Python Imaging Library 1.1.3 Source Kit. When I
compiled on the Microsoft Visual studio 6.0, then I did not fund the
Python.h file, could you please let me know how to get this file?
