PIL 1.1.1 comes with the standard Mac distribution.
See in $Python/Extensions/Imaging
To use it add "$Python:Extensions:Imaging:PIL" in the "EditPythonPrefs".
If you mean installing it (and compiling) to use with Mach-o-Python I can't help. No idea how
to do it...
