[Image-SIG] Availability of PIL 1.1.3 binary distribution

	As a new user of Python, I was very interested to learn
of the existence of discovered PIL:  but have noticed that your page at

	http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/

has been saying since March that "Binary distributions for 1.1.3
will be made available later this month".

	What is the cause of the delay:  and is there a revised date
to expect binary distributions to become available?
