[Image-SIG] PNG bug: please, release a bugfix 1.1.3!

I just ran into the PIL bug, sorted through the code for half an hour and 
started to blame dodgy encoders and so on (I was getting a filter 
specification of 252, which is Not Good.)

There's been a fix for this around for a very long time, apparently. The 
patch is at:

and fixes my problem. Please consider releasing Imaging-1.1.3 with this bug 
fixed.
