[Image-SIG] Want to read/write .jpg comments

Howdy,

I recently discovered that jpeg files can have textual
comments in their headers.

Can PIL read/write these fields?

If not, does anyone know of other tools to do this?

Where is a good source of info on the jpeg file format?
