[Image-SIG] Wanted: Win32 DLL for PIL 1.0b1

Anybody have a Win32 DLL for PIL 1.0b1?   The 'pythonware'-downloaded
package only includes PIL 0.3, and I need quantising for RGB->P
conversion.

Any help greatly appreciated,
