[IMAGE-SIG] ImagePalette

Hi!

I would like to have an example on how to use the
'P' image mode and applying the palette.
I tried with ImagePalette raw mode, but didn't succeed.

What I want to do, setting a new image palette to 
a 'P' type image and transform back to 'RGB' type.
