[IMAGE-SIG] ANNOUNCE: PIL 0.3a2 for Windows 95/NT

Just uploaded a kit containing Python 1.4, Tk 8.0b2, and PIL 0.3a2 for
Win32 to:

     http://www.pythonware.com/downloads.htm

Note that this is alpha software; don't download it unless you know
why you would like to look at it ;-)

(a build with Tk 8.0 final will be made available within short)
