[PYTHON IMAGE-SIG] PIL Feature Summary

I'm here ;-).  I'm currently using tk's image object and I'm not happy
with the mannor that it handles images that have pallettes that
approach 256 entries on an 8 bit display.  I'd be interested in adding
IMG support to python since I'm using the IMG library for other
portions of the appliction.  But first, I need to know where to ftp
the code.
