It's 0.0, actually :-)

You can always take a peek at it to see if it would be any problems
building a PYD.

However, the DIB stuff is not yet included (I can mail it to you if
you wish; was a while since I tested it though).  What's left is some
proper way to get hold of an HDC, and also some way to handle the
palette issues on 8-bit displays.
