Hi, im doing a Python course in freecodecamp.org and just run the next
example code from https://www.py4e.com/code3/ on IDLE:

import urllib.request

fhand = urllib.request.urlopen('http://data.pr4e.org/romeo.txt')
for line in fhand:
    print(line.decode().strip())
