Summary: Misleading message for 'exit'

Initial Comment:
If you attempt to use 'exit' as a command, IdleFork 
responds: 'Use Ctrl-Z plus Return to exit.'.

This is apparently a holdover from Idle. Ctrl-Z is now 
setup by default to perform 'Undo'

Either exit should be treated as an unrecognized 
command or it should respond 'Use Ctrl-Q to exit'
