Internationalization - the work done once which applies to all locales
    isolate items which must be localized (strings, colors, bitmaps, etc.)
    hande date and currency formats
    make UI sizeable by localizer or make one-size-fits-all

Localization - the work which must be done for every locale
    translation
    set date and currency formats
    size UI
