[I18n-sig] plural forms (again)

Wow, finally I've started to implement plural forms, almost
two months after I got the responsability to do it..

This message is just to say that I've already started and
that I will finish it sometime in November. It's not too
much work, but I don't have too much time.

Also, I've taken the freedom to rewrite the tests using
unittest, I hope this doesn't bothers anybody.
